This is managed by an independent organisation called Assured Food Standards (AFS) and is the benchmark for best practice in the food industry. By meeting this standard, Tower Farms can guarantee the highest level of food hygiene and full traceability throughout the production process.

In addition, all the farms that supply milk to Tower Farms must be "farm assured" under the National Dairy Farm Assured Scheme. This ensures excellent food hygiene and animal welfare standards are maintained.
